Manchester United players are reportedly fed up with the uncertainty surrounding Cristiano Ronaldo's future at the club.

Ronaldo has been the subject of transfer speculation in recent weeks, with the Portuguese continually linked with a move away.

According to Metro UK, the five-time Ballon d’Or winner asked to leave Old Trafford last month and remains keen to depart the club despite having a year left on his current deal.

It is believed that the veteran striker wants to join a club playing in the Champions League after United missed out on a slot last season.

Man United players unhappy with Cristiano Ronaldo

Reports now suggest that Ronaldo's teammates at Man United are unhappy with him over his wantaway antics and would prefer it if he left the club.

The Sun claims that while Ronaldo still remains desperate to leave United, his mood is starting to bring down the rest of the squad.

A section of players is said to be ‘annoyed’ with the forward's desire to depart this summer.

The Portuguese's mood and attitude around the training ground are also said to be a major concern for the rest of the squad members.

The development comes at a time United are pushing to bounce back to winning ways after losing their opening match of the new season.
