Portugal international Cristiano Ronaldo is now on the verge of making a move away from Manchester United after telling those in charge of the club that he wants to leave.

Manchester United fans around the world saw this coming considering the fact that the Red Devils will not be playing in the Champions League next term.

And for a player who has never played in the Europa League in his career, it will be difficult for Cristiano Ronaldo to remain at Manchester United.

Ronaldo Tells Manchester United to Allow Him to Leave in Major Transfer Bombshell

Earlier, Sports Brief had reported how Cristiano Ronaldo has told Manchester United to allow him to leave if a suitable offer comes by in a stunning new development.

The 37-year-old, who is showing no signs of slowing down in his football career, wants to leave and hopes United will not stand in the way of any offer.

Ronaldo’s decision is said to be motivated by his desire to play Champions League football, something United failed to qualify for last season with 24 goals and three assists in 39 appearances.

He made a dream return to Old Trafford last year after more than a decade away, but his first campaign in English top-flight in 11 years did not go as plan.

On individual level, however, Ronaldo was in typical scintillating form as he emerged top scorer for his team despite his advanced age.

The report further states that Ronaldo believes he still has three or four more good years in him, and he wants to use them to play football at the highest level.
