Prior to the Premier League encounter, Rashford, alongside teammate Jesse Lingard, had promised some young fans their shirts after the game.

Despite being opposition players, the young fans were excited by their promise and true to their word, Rashford and Lingard handed out their shirts after the match.

On Tuesday, however, Rashford took to Twitter to reveal the fan he gave his shirt had it stolen.

'Someone’s only gone and snatched my shirt out of little man’s hands after I gave it to him. Can anyone help me find him so I can send him another one?' Rashford tweeted.

It did not take long for fans to trace the fan, and Rashford soon updated the public that the said chap had been found.

Rashford’s charitable ways

In recent times, Rashford has been instrumental in improving the lives of young people in one way or another.

More recently, he collaborated with National Youth Agency to help young people develop a positive mindset around money.

He has also been an aggressive anti-poverty campaigner since the COVID-19 pandemic began in 2020.
