Morgan backs Ronaldo to help Arsenal get to the top

Speaking on talkSPORT Breakfast, the celebrated British journalist noted that Ronaldo could the icing on the cake on Arsenal's young and aggressive squad.

He added that the 37-year-old is the ideal player who has all it takes to solve the Gunners' striking challenges, revealing he has personally reached out to the five-time Ballon d'Or winner over a possible transfer.

“Do you know what I’d do if I was Arsenal manager? I’d go in, get Cristiano Ronaldo and put him upfront. I’ve had this conversation with him last week. I said ‘come to Arsenal’," Morgan revealed.
“I’m not even joking. I’d love to bring Cristiano Ronaldo to Arsenal. If he’s not going to stay at United, I’d take him in a heartbeat," he added.

Marcus Rashford makes decision on his Man United future

Earlier, Sports Brief reported Man United attacker Marcus Rashford has reportedly decided he will not be leaving Old Trafford this summer.

The Englishman has been the subject of transfer speculation, with reports suggesting he is considering his future at United after he fell down the pecking order under interim boss, Ralf Rangnick.

However, the 24-year-old forward is still keen to fight for his place at Man United ahead of the arrival of Erik ten Hag who will take charge as the club's new manager.
