English-born Ghanaian full-back, Tariq Lamptey has received a truckload of praise and adulation after he put in a great shift against Manchester United at Old Trafford on Tuesday night.

A second-half strike from Cristiano Ronaldo, who ended his six-game goal drought on the occasion, as well as a late effort from Bruno Fernandes was enough to end United's winless streak and most importantly lift them to the now 'coveted' fourth Champions League spot.
