The west Londoners are now the second most valuable team in the English topflight behind leaders Man City.

Unsurprisingly, City are placed at the top of the money charts, thanks to their star-studded team that boast of world-class talent.

Players such as Raheem Sterling, Kevin de Bruyne, Bernardo Silva, and Phil Foden are all currently in hot form that has helped the club take a 10-point lead at the top of the standings.

Despite their dire results on the pitch and a dip in form, the Red Devils remain among the most valuable teams, with the club currently ranking in third.

Rivals Liverpool are placed fourth on the charts, with Jurgen Klopp's men valued at £774.90million.

According to the listing done by Transfermakt, Arsenal appear to be doing great business as their crop of young players are valued at over £500million.

Young prospects including Bukayo Saka and Emile Smith Rowe are understood to have contributed significantly to the Gunners' squad value.

The north Londoners did not pay a single penny to acquire the services of the duo who were brought through the ranks at the club's academy.

Here are the top 10 most valuable clubs in the Premier League:

1. Man City - £892.89m

2. Chelsea - £790.65m

3. Man United - £778.73m

4. Liverpool - £774.90m

5. Tottenham - £579.65m

6. Arsenal - £505.80m

7. Leicester - £464.22m

Man United tipped to finish in top four

Earlier, Sports Brief reported a Boffin Supercomputer has backed Man United to finish in the top four this season despite their disappointing run of form.

United were stunned 1-0 by Wolves on Monday, January 3, to have their hopes of sealing a Champions League spot dented.

However, bettingexpert.com, United are in line to bounce back to winning ways and eventually seal the final European Cup place.
