Ivory Coast legend, Wilfried Bony has joined Club Always Ready in Bolivia.
The 34-year-old completed his move to South America on Wednesday, February 15, after leaving Dutch outfit, NEC Nijmegen.
Bony moves continents after spending most of his career in England, where he played for Manchester City, Swansea and Stoke City.
His new club described his transfer as a surprise for the fans.

"World Cup player, more than 140 goals in the first European divisions, Champions and Europa League, Champion of the African Cup of Nations. He played for Manchester City, Swansea, Sparta Prague and Vitesse among others," wrote President of the club, Andrés Costa on social media, as quoted by WalesOnline.
The 2015 Africa Cup of Nations winner has been in England since leaving the Netherlands, training with lower-tier side, Newport County.
Bony is expected to play a key role in Club Always Ready's Copa Libertadores adventure this season.
He follows in the footsteps of former Arsenal and Manchester City forward, Emmanuel Adebayor, who also played in South America in the twilight of his career.
Before moving to Bolivia, Bony played in Asia for Al Ittihad and Al Arabi.
Bony finds a new club
Earlier, Sports Brief reported on former Manchester City and Swansea striker, Bony finally landing a new club after almost two years as a free agent.
Once the most expensive African player, he confirmed previously that he had joined Dutch side NEC Nijmegen after 505 days of being unattached.
It initially seemed that the 33-year old’s career was on its deathbed, especially after a torrid spell with Al-Ittihad, who he signed for in 2020.

African football great, Yaya Toure was named youth coach of Tottenham Hotspur ahead of the 2022/23 season.
