  • Erling Haaland is a highly sought-after football player due to his form at Manchester City
  • The striker is getting the goals and has eyes watching him for a potential move in future
  • He is attached to late Mino Raiola's agency and has been given a ridiculous transfer cost

Erling Haaland is one of the most lethal goal scorers in world football and currently plies his trade for English champions Manchester City, after sealing a lucrative move from Borussia Dortmund.

Being an excellent finisher and a young player with years ahead of him, the Etihad Stadium certainly would not be his last club.

Many agree he certainly would move later if not sooner, with Real Madrid and even Barcelona being rumoured to be the Norwegian's next destination.

He is under the agency of late super agent Mino Raiola, which has now been taken over by lawyer, Rafaela Pimenta. The legal ace has now claimed the 23-year-old is worth an astronomical fee if he were to be sold today, as reported by Goal.

Pimenta: Haaland worth €1-billion

The Brazilian lawyer, while speaking in an interview with Diario AS, spoke on the worth of the Norwegian, his future and the intricacies surrounding his transfer deal to Manchester City.

As reported by Sky Sports, Pimenta oversaw Haaland's transfer to the Etihad Stadium for £51-million, only a few weeks after the death of Raiola. The lawyer revealed the late super agent had already handed things over to her around the time he fell ill.

For a player signed for such a modest amount and with the ever-inflating transfer market, Haaland could warrant more money.

Pimenta now claims the Norwegian is worth a staggering €1-billion. As reported by Telegraph, Chelsea broke the British transfer record for Enzo Fernandez last night, and Haaland would shatter that record if the astronomical fee is met.

''For me, Haaland is worth 1,000 million [€1-billion]. Maybe nobody is going to pay that, but it is the potential that he has when he arrives at a club. With him come fans, goals, sports results, professionalism, digital content, notoriety, sponsors... I am very clear that the value that Erling adds when he arrives at a club is immense, at least 1,000 million,'' she said.

Pimenta tight-lipped over Haaland's clause

As reported by Eurosport, Haaland has an exit clause of €200-mil, which could allow him to leave City in 2024. Pimenta failed to confirm or deny this, which could be seen as proof in itself.

''It is difficult to answer this. If I don't tell him anything, he's going to misunderstand. If I tell him something, he will also be questioned. So I prefer not to say anything,'' she said.

Pimenta: Haaland is happy at City

When quizzed on whether the former Borussia Dortmund striker could leave Man City soon, she made an analogy of being married and thinking of your next partner immediately.

''He is very happy at City. Tomorrow, we'll have to think about it. It is not positive for a footballer to play one season thinking about the next. It's like you start thinking about your next woman the day you get married."

Haaland surpasses Ronaldo's record

Sports Brief earlier reported on Haaland surpassing Cristiano Ronaldo's record, after scoring his fourth Premier League hat-trick in the 3-0 win over Wolverhampton.

The Portuguese star scored three hat-tricks in his two spells at Manchester United while in his first season, the Norwegian striker has scored four triples.

Haaland is behind Alan Shearer for most hat-tricks in a season with five, but could well match or even break the record with 18 games left in the league term.
