The power couple is understood to have welcomed their son last week, with the fantastic news leaving them 'totally in love.'
According to The Sun, the news of the birth of Stones' son came at a time the two lovebirds are enjoying a fantastic window in their respective careers.
While Stones has had his fair share of struggles at Man City, he was involved in every one of England's matches during their World Cup campaign in Qatar.

On her part, Olivia has just launched her own children’s clothing brand, Moosh.
The couple now have even more remarkable reason to celebrate after they welcomed the baby boy, with a source divulging:
"They couldn't have asked for a better way to begin the year than with the birth of their son."
"He's absolutely gorgeous and they're so thankful," the source added.
Olivia and Stones are understood to have been dating for three years now, having started out together in 2019.
Meanwhile, Stones will be hoping to play a more prominent role in City's Premier League title charge after his return to action.
The centre-back missed his side's clash against Man United through injury but returned to action against Spurs last week.
