What is the King League?
As reported by the BBC, the Kings League is a new seven-a-side tournament founded by Pique and Spanish streamer Ibai Llanos.
The league features 12 teams competing every Sunday. Each team has a squad made up of 10 players, which was previously selected in a draft, and are then allowed to add two others.
The two added players can be current or former professional players. The 11th squad member has to be a part of the team for the whole season, while the 12th member can be someone different each week.
A fun-filled atmosphere
The league has drawn viewers for it's fun but competitive nature. The first week saw a masked figure represent the xBuyer Team. The masked man, who called himself Enigma, was billed as a current player who wasn't allowed to play in the tournament by his professional team, so he featured using a disguise.

Aguero to return to football
Sergio Aguero left Manchester City after the club lost the 2021 UEFA Champions League to Chelsea.
He then joined La Liga giants Barcelona with the hope of playing alongside Lionel Messi, who left the club before they could share the field, Sports Brief reported.
Aguero's illustrious career ended a few months into his second stint in La Liga, due to heart problems which emanated from breathlessness suffered during a game against Alaves.
