Pitso Mosimane's tiff with Mamelodi Sundowns is yet to reach a resolution.

In 2021, Sundowns hauled him and Tlhagale Sports Marketing and Management to court in a bid to force them to pay back R8-million in agent fees they had received from the club. The company belongs to Mosimane's wife Moira Tlhagale, who also doubles as his agent.

According to a Sunday World report, legal firm Mabuza Attorneys, which represents Mosimane, failed to attend a pre-trial hearing at the request of Sundown's legal representatives Bowman Gilfillan Inc.

"No response was received, and the respondents' attorneys failed to attend the pre-trial conference. Take notice that a pre-trial conference was held on 18 August at 9h00 until 9h13 attended only by the plaintiff's attorney and counsel on Teams."
"The plaintiff is prejudiced by the defendants' failure to attend the pre-trial conference. Given the defendants' non-attendance at the pre-trail conference, the settlement could not be discussed."

Pitso Mosimane's tenure with Saudi Arabian second-division team Al-Ahli could have begun worse.

The team drew 1-1 away to arch-rivals Jeddah SC in the Jeddah Derby. Taking place at the King Abdullah Sports City Stadium on Wednesday night, the encounter saw Haitham Asari open the scoring for the visitors in the 26th minute. Al Baraa Baazeem equalised for Jeddah in the 58th minute to ensure that both teams shared the spoils, Sports Brief reported.

Al-Ahli is now in seventh place on the Yelo League table with nine points, with Jeddah on the same amount of points but two places below.
