Jurgen Klopp will not win trophies for Liverpool, according to a Reds fan after the embarrassing defeat to Burnley at Anfield, Sport Bible.

The Merseysiders' remarkable three-year winning streak was stopped by visiting Burnley following Ashley Barnes' penalty.

And Klopp has blamed himself for his side's failure to score for a fourth consecutive Premier League game.

One fan named David called talkSPORT to complain that he thinks Klopp has taken the team as far they can go and might not win any more trophies for the club.

Despite winning the Premier League last season and the Champions League the previous campaign, the caller believes things might not get better with the way things are going.

The caller had suggested a few years back that the 53-year-old should be sacked after missing in the finals of the Europa League and Champions League as well as losing the league title to Man City.

Liverpool have only scored once in five matches after defeating Crystal Palace by 7-0 on December 19, at Selhurst Park.

The only goal Klopp's men scored was in the 1-1 draw with West Brom and they have recorded just three points in that time.

The Reds have now dropped to fourth on the log, six points behind leaders Man United, with Spurs and Everton able to go above them, should they win their outstanding matches.

Meanwhile, Legit.ng had earlier reported that Trent Alexander-Arnold's poor performances in recent matches have set an unwanted record in the Premier League after the English champions were shocked by Burnley at Anfield, Sport Bible.

The England defender struggled in most parts of the game as the Reds surrendered to a 1-0 defeat at the hands of the Clarets.

Arnold made 18 crosses from open play with a zero per cent success rate and it did not locate any of his teammates.
