Sadio Mane showed his appreciation to 150 Liverpool staff for supporting him during his days at the club.

The Senegal forward left Liverpool in the summer transfer window to join Bayern Munich, after a trophy-laden six season as Anfield.

According to the Daily Mail, the Bayern Munich forward send boxes of chocolate and a thank you message to staff of the club including cleaners.

The gift to the employees of Liverpool included chocolates which has his image imprinted on it as well as a handwritten thank you for your support attached to it.

Sadio Mane decided to leave the English giants in the summer transfer window after winning several titles, including the UEFA Champions League and the English Premier League.

The 30-year-old is enjoying life in Germany, after a blistering start to the season with Bayern Munich.

Meanwhile, Liverpool are yet to win a game in the English Premier League.

Earlier, Sports Brief reported that Sadio Mane’s exploits at Bayern Munich is not going unnoticed by his fellow teammates after an explosive start to the season from the Senegalese striker.

Mane’s goal was instrumental to help Bayern Munich secure the Super Cup and the former Liverpool striker also netted in the opening Bundesliga game for the German champions.

According to Bundesliga, Mane’s teammate, Alphonso Davies has now hailed the impact of the 30-year-old forward at the club, describing him as a top player.
