Liverpool superstar Mohamed Salah has confirmed he will be at the club next season.

Salah's future with Liverpool has come under sharp focus in recent weeks, with the Premier League Golden Boot award winner yet to renew his deal with the Reds.

According to Metro UK, the ex-Chelsea star's current contract with the Merseysiders is set to expire in the summer of 2023.

The publication claims the 29-year-old is seeking parity with some of Europe’s biggest stars whose wages dwarf his own current salary.

Sky Sports reports that Salah has now ruled out a potential exit from Anfield this summer, revealing he will be playing for Liverpool next season.

While talks over a new deal are expected to drag on into the summer, the forward has reaffirmed his commitment to the club.

"I am staying next season for sure, that’s clear," Metro UK quoted Salah saying ahead of Liverpool's Champions League final against Real Madrid in Paris.
"I don’t focus on the contract at the moment. It’s about the team. It’s a really important week for us. I want to win the Champions League again. I want to see Hendo with that trophy in his hands again," he added.

Jurgen Klopp named Manager of the Season ahead of Pep Guardiola

Earlier, Sports Brief reported Jurgen Klopp beat main rival Pep Guardiola to win the LMA Manager of the Season award following a fierce title challenge in the 2021/22 campaign.

The Liverpool manager gave Pep Guardiola's Manchester City a close English Premier League battle, with the league decided on the final day.

Receiving the coveted Sir Alex Ferguson trophy at the end of the season awards night, Klopp spoke about the title challenge with City.
