Former Barcelona superstar Ronaldinho has heaped praises on Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah, saying he wished to have played alongside the Egyptian.

Salah guided Liverpool to FA Cup and Carabao Cup glory already this season - all while notching 23 goals in the Premier League finish as the top-joint top goalscorer.

The Egyptian king could also potentially help Jurgen Klopp's side win the Champions League when they face Real Madrid on Saturday.

And Ronaldinho, who was full of praise of Salah, says he would have loved to have played with the 28-year-old in his playing career, as per Anfield Edition.

“I wished I could play alongside Mohamed Salah,” Ronaldinho said, quoted by KingFut.
“He is one of the best players in the world who I always like to watch.
“He has to keep playing football in a way that makes him happy because there’s nothing better than playing football,” he added.

Ronaldinho arrived in Egypt following an invitation by Egyptian Premier League outfit Eastern Company to attend their clash with Al Ahly.

Unfortunately for the bottom-placed team, their game with the Cairo giants got postponed due to the latter’s preparations for the CAF Champions League final with Wydad.

Mo Salah Issues Another Warning to Real Madrid

Sports Brief earlier reported that Egypt and Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah has issued yet another caution to Real Madrid ahead of the finals of the UEFA Champions League.
