Super Eagles defensive midfielder Wilfred Ndidi has stated that he is looking forward to Leicester City’s Premier League clash against the rejuvenated Manchester United.

Ndidi admits that his side will need to go all out to secure all three points from the match in a bid to gain confidence.

The Foxes won three of those clashes, and Ndidi is hopeful they can continue the good run against the Red Devils.

He said via GOAL:

"We have to look forward to it; we have to get something out of it and we have to believe in ourselves," Ndidi told the club's website.
"Every game is not easy in the Premier League. I am expecting a very, very difficult game because they’ve got the confidence now. The first win would be a massive win because we’re hungry for it.
"That would give us more confidence going forward. We know what we have to do though and if we could that would be very good for us. The fans will be there to cheer us and will be there to see us give our all. When it comes to supporting us, I think the fans are brilliant.
"I am hoping for a very positive atmosphere and that would help us for sure."

Haaland nets his second hat trick of the season

Sports Brief earlier reported that Manchester City have extended their unbeaten run in the Premier League to five matches following their 6-0 win over Nottingham Forest at the Etihad Stadium.

Having survived the Crystal Palace scare earlier in the weekend, City were keen not to repeat their mistakes when they hosted the newly-promoted side on Wednesday night, August 31.

Summer signing Erling Haaland was again the man of the moment during the EPL cracker as he bagged his second hat-trick against the Reds.
