Pitso Mosimane vs Mamelodi Sundowns war far from over after another delay

Pitso Mosimane's tiff with Mamelodi Sundowns is yet to reach a resolution.

In 2021, Sundowns hauled him and Tlhagale Sports Marketing and Management to court in a bid to force them to pay back R8-million in agent fees they had received from the club. The company belongs to Mosimane's wife Moira Tlhagale, who also doubles as his agent, Sports Brief reported.

According to a Sunday World report, legal firm Mabuza Attorneys, which represents Mosimane, failed to attend a pre-trial hearing at the request of Sundown's legal representatives Bowman Gilfillan Inc.

Minutes regarding the matter read:

"No response was received, and the respondents' attorneys failed to attend the pre-trial conference. Take notice that a pre-trial conference was held on 18 August at 9h00 until 9h13 attended only by the plaintiff's attorney and counsel on Teams."
