The first half ended goalless, but in the second half, Cristiano Ronaldo scored his first goal for Juventus in the 50th minute.

Former Liverpool star Emre Can provided the assist that gave Cristiano Ronaldo the chance to score the second goal for Juventus in the 65th minute.

Sassuolo got their only goal of the match in the 90th minute through Khouma Babacar.
