  • The Portuguese side lost 1-0 on aggregate to the Italians
  • Galeno's shorts were pulled down by Inter defender Denzel Dumfries

Football fans were stunned after Inter Milan defender Denzel Dumfries pantsed Porto attacker Galeno in their Champions League tie on Tuesday night.

The Portuguese giants were hoping to overturn a one-goal deficit against the Italian powerhouse in the last 16 of the Champions League at the Estadio do Dragao.

But the Nerrazzuri held off their Portuguese counterparts in a gritty 0-0 draw to progress to the quarter-finals of the next stage, with a 1-0 aggregate win.

In a video posted on Twitter, sighted by Sports Brief, Galeno got his shorts pulled down after tussling for the ball with Dumfries, his shorts being pulled down in the process.

The clip that has since gone viral exposed the tricky winger's tighty whities in a moment of madness.

The bewildered Brazilian swiftly decided to pull them back after the incident but it was already too late with the video trending on social media.

He then alerted the referee to book Dumfries but the match official had none of it.

Young fan 'visits' Ronaldo

Meanwhile, a young football fan made the hard yet worthwhile journey of travelling to watch his idol, Cristiano Ronaldo, in Saudi Arabia.

The unidentified fan made the trip to Al-Nassr's home fixture against Abha in the Saudi King Cup.

The game, which ended 3-1 in favour of Ronaldo's Al-Nassr, ensured they returned to winning ways after their setback against Al-Ittihad and, most importantly, book a spot in the semifinals of the knockout competition, per Indian Express.

Ronaldo booked for extreme reaction

Sports Brief reported that Cristiano Ronaldo’s woes in Saudi Arabia deepened as the 38-year-old endured another extremely frustrating game by his own standards on Tuesday, March 14.

Ronaldo’s Al Nassr came up against Abha as the Portugal superstar looked to break his two-game goal drought.

Ronaldo was clearly not impressed by the halftime whistle, and he kicked the ball away in frustration, subsequently earning himself a booking, as reported on GOAL.
