German kit manufacturers PUMA have reportedly a new jersey for Ghana's Black Stars jersey for the upcoming FIFA World Cup in Qatar.

Images of the new jerseys for both the home kits for the Mundial have been circulating online.

In a photo posted on Twitter, spotted by Sports Brief, the new white kit features the striking red, gold and green colours of the national flag on the sleeve cuffs.

This time, the home shirt has a new collar design as well as the puma tag showing inside and at the button left side of the shirt.

All lined up in horizontal order, the puma logo comes with the text on the right side of the chest, with a bold Black Star at the centre and the logo of the Ghana Football Association (GFA) occupying the left side.

According to Football Ghana, the new kit is inspired by iconic moments from national team history – including Ghana's Atlanta 1996 Olympic Games performance.

Meanwhile, replicas will be available for sale in September according to Football Ghana.

Black Stars Intensify Training Ahead of 2023 AFCON Qualifiers

Meanwhile, the Black Stars held their first training session on Saturday as the team prepares for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.

Coach Otto Addo and his technical team led twenty-eight players through rigorous exercises as the boys puts in work before Sunday's game against Madagascar.

In photos posted on Twitter, the players are seen going through intensive drills and ball work as Otto Addo explains his system to the team.

Black Stars players arrive ahead of 2023 AFCON qualifiers

Earlier, Sports Brief reported that some players of Ghana's Black Stars team have arrived in camp ahead of the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers next week.

The players led by captain Andre Ayew reported to camp on Saturday ahead of the team's first training session.

In photos posted on Twitter, spotted by Sports Brief, Andre Ayew, his brother Jordan Ayew as well as veteran midfielder Mubarak Wakaso have all touched down.
