  • Ghana midfielder Daniel-Kofi Kyereh scored a fantastic long-range effort into the top corner during training for his German Bundesliga 2 club FC Saint Pauli
  • The red-hot attacking midfielder has been in scintillating form for St. Pauli in the German Bundesliga II this season
  • Daniel-Kofi Kyereh has scored ten goals and created eleven assists for his club in the ongoing season

Daniel-Kofi Kyereh appears to have picked up where he left off with a ridiculous strike in FC Saint Pauli training.

The 25-year-old is undeniably one of Ghana's most in-form players in Europe, scoring ten goals and creating eleven assists for his German club in the 2021/22 season.

The attacking midfielder was then called up to Ghana's World Cup play-offs squad, and made a brilliant cameo appearance in the second leg against Nigeria in Abuja despite missing the first fixture due to injury.

Kyereh is back at Kollaustrasse and is preparing with his teammates ahead of their blockbuster clash against Werder Bremen on Saturday.

And ahead of the tie, he displayed his excellent shooting skills and fired an unstoppable strike past the goalkeeper during a training game, as seen on Twitter.

St. Pauli manager manager Timo Schultz will be hoping that Kyereh can continue this red-hot form once he returns to club action.

If the Black Stars midfielder's most recent training goal is anything to go off of, it looks like St. Pauli may be in luck.

The Hamburg-based club hopes of catching up to league leaders Werder Bremen will require Kyereh to be on the top of his game.

The Kiezkicker are third on the league table and sit just one point behind Werder Bremen.

It will be no easy task, but if anyone can accomplish it, it is this Liverpool squad.

Werder Bremen Keeping Tabs on Ghanaian Midfielder Daniel-Kofi Kyereh

Earlier, Sports Brief reported that Ghana international Daniel-Kofi Kyereh could leave St. Pauli to join German side Werder Bremen in the summer transfer window.

The 26-year-old has attracted interest from the four-time German champions following his wonderful performance for his club in the Bundesliga 2 this season.

Per a report on German outlet 90min.de, Bremen have shown interest in Kyereh and they will make a move for him if St. Pauli fail to qualify to the German Bundesliga.
