What are they saying?

Sports Brief spoke with Chairman of Kwara State Sports Writers Association, Ayodeji Ismail, who claimed that it will be very difficult for Chelsea to finish among the top four.

''Chelsea made big mistake by sacking Tuchel and they are now facing the consequences of not having patience and they would not even make the top four this season.''

Boehly urged to sign Osimhen

Earlier, Sports Brief had reported how a Nigerian football fan urged Napoli striker Victor Osimhen that Chelsea will be the best place for him to move to and not Premier League rivals, Manchester United.

There has been serious speculation over the future of Osimhen at Napoli with the Red Devils said to be interested in the signing of the Super Eagles star.

So far this season in the Serie A, Osimhen has been the king of goals after netting 14, thereby leading the goalscoring chart.
