According to Keys, the Stamford Bridge dwellers want an 'English spine' to their squad and have identified Tottenham striker Harry Kane, Maguire and West Ham midfielder Declan Rice as transfer targets.

The sports presenter further added that Maguire would jump at the opportunity of moving to Chelsea as he bids to rejuvenate his career.

"They need a centre-back. Harry Maguire? What would he cost? £40-50 million? I'm pretty sure he'd jump at the chance of a new start," Keys noted in his blog.
