Ghanaian businessman and politician Bernard Antwi Boasiako has revealed an ambitious plan of signing Manchester United talisman Ronaldo and PSG superstar Messi after submitting an official bid to announce his intention of buying Chelsea.

Antwi Boasiako, affectionately called Chairman Wontumi earlier made claims of purchasing the reigning FIFA Club World Cup champions, which has been put on sale by its beleaguered Russian owner Roman Abramovic.

According to a post on Twitter, sighted by Sports Brief, the business mogul has made a statement of intent in owning Chelsea.

Despite Chairman Wontumi's declaration, his actions have been questioned considering the asking price of Roman Abramovic.

Boasiako told Ghana's Wontumi FM radio station: "I want to go and buy Chelsea Football Club. I am interested in it. Those who buy clubs are not footballers, but business people. I am also a businessman. I'm into gold mining. Why can't we buy the club?" He quipped.
He continued: "I want to join the bidding. If I become the owner, I want the Brazilian player at Real Madrid, Vinicius Jr - and to sell off Romelu Lukaku. I will speak with Manchester United to see if I can also buy Cristiano Ronaldo for Chelsea. I'd also look at signing Lionel Messi.
"Roman Abramovich has done his best. It is now time for him to support a Ghanaian or an African to buy Chelsea." Chairman Wontumi ended.
