EPL Table: Liverpool Is Ahead Of Chelsea By 2 Points After 34 Games

Chelsea are just two points behind Liverpool after weekend's games, and with a match against the league leaders still to come. 

Mourinho's boys showed a horrible performance and secured a very narrow 0 - 1 victory against Swansea City, despite all the wasted chances. 

Liverpool's shape, on the opposite, is great. The club has one hand on the Premier League trophy now.

Therefore, nothing has been decided so far: Manchester City, despite its loss, said that Liverpool can still make mistakes and allow it to capitalise before the end of the season.
