However, no one at Dortmund sincerely believes such conditions will be sufficient as they grow more and more resigned to losing the playmaker in the summer.

Bellingham who joined Dortmund for £ 25 million in 2020 has seen his stakes rise drastically and could well leave the Bundesliga side for well over £100million in the summer.

Steven Gerard to convince Bellingham

Meanwhile, Steven Gerrard says he’s willing to fly to Germany to try and convince Borussia Dortmund midfielder Jude Bellingham to join Liverpool, Eurosport reports.

Gerrard has turned agent after offering to fly to Germany to try and convince the 19-year-old midfielder to join the Reds in the summer.

Bellingham who was one of England’s standout players at the 2022 FIFA World Cup has a contract to 2025 with Dortmund and is wanted by several clubs including Liverpool, Real Madrid and Manchester City.

Dortmund confirms no offers for Bellingham

Earlier, Sports Brief reported one of the most talked about potential transfers this January window has been that of Jude Bellingham.

The Borussia Dortmund attacker has been linked with moves to both Real Madrid and Liverpool, on the back of an impressive showing at the World Cup and a brilliant season in the Bundesliga.

Despite all the fuss being made about the English youngster, Dortmund's Sporting Director insists that no offers have come in as yet for the player.
