“I like Jude Bellingham, he has shown that he’s got great talent. He did well last season, and I expect him to carry on from where he left off. It shows how well he is rated by Dortmund, he is a player I really like.
“It would be nice for Dortmund to keep him for as long as they can sometimes, it’s a threat for a club to have such a young talent. He can always get offers from the big guns, but it’s good to see that the club wants to tie him down.”

Borussia Dortmund looking to sell Emre Can

Meanwhile, Emre Can could soon be canned by Borussia Dortmund as the German side are ready to sell the former Liverpool man, with his ‘irritating behaviour” said to be the reason for the sudden decision.

Can regularly lecture and irritates his fellow teammates. He was also guilty of interrupting former manager Marco Rose while he was conducting a team talk during last season.

Dortmund's Sporting Director Sebastian Kehl and coach Edin Terzić are both said to be tired of the player and frustrated by his actions.

Germany coach to remain with Dortmund

Sports Brief earlier reported that Black Stars head coach Otto Addo is reportedly close to agreeing on a new three-year contract at German club Borussia Dortmund.

The 47-year-old steered Ghana to the 2022 World Cup at the expense of Nigeria, erasing the pain of getting eliminated at the group stage of the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations in Cameroon earlier this year.

Addo was simultaneously combining the Ghana role with his job as a special coach taking care of Dortmund's talents before leading the Black Stars to the World Cup in Qatar on an interim basis.
