Barcelona legend Gerard Piqué and Shakira have finally an agreement regarding the custody of their two children, following their break-up earlier this year.
The Colombian singer has been requesting that the children go and live with her in Miami, while Pique preferred they stay with him in Barcelona - until they have finished their education at least.
Shakira appears to have prevailed as she will be taking the two kids to the United States, rather than letting them stay in Spain with the former Barcelona defender.
According to Sun Sports, Pique has ceded to Shakira’s wishes to avoid an ugly court divorce battle.

“The children will spend Christmas in Barcelona, but as soon as 2023 begins, the footballer will say goodbye and assume a painful sacrifice so that the youngsters don’t experience an even more traumatic separation between their parents," Rival La Vanguardia reported via Sun Sports.
The couple shares sons Milan, 9 and Sasha, 7. Pique and Shakira brought an end to their relationship on the back of the Barcelona legend's alleged infidelity.
Pique has quickly moved on and is currently dating 23-year-old public relations student Clara Chía Martí.
