Barcelona’s season has not gone as planned after the Catalans’ shock elimination from the Champions League in the group stages at the hands of Bayern Munich.

It is the second consecutive season Barca has failed to reach the knockout stages after also falling short in the 2021/22 season in Xavi’s first few weeks as manager.

According to Barca Universal, Barcelona are now throwing some of the blame on misfiring forwards Raphinha and Memphis Depay for contributing less to the Catalans’ success.
