Barcelona manager, Xavi aims to keep everyone happy at the club regarding gametime and is set to implement a strict rotation policy as the season progresses.

The Spanish manager has heavily relied on new summer signing, Robert Lewandowski and Jules Kounde, alongside Ousmane Dembele, Ronald Aruajo, and Pedri who have been instrumental in the club’s superb start to the season.

According to Barca Universal, Xavi wants to put his rotation philosophy into practice to prevent camp tiredness and maintain camp harmony regarding everyone's overall game time.

Xavi had informed the dressing room before the start of the season and will now start implementing the policy to keep the team fresh and competitive for the rest of the season.

Barcelona are second on the La Liga table with 13 points from their first 5 games, just 2 points behind leaders and defending champions Real Madrid.

Xavi blames loss to Bayern Munich on failure to convert chances

Meanwhile, Xavi is still angered at Barcelona’s Champions League loss to Bayern Munich on Tuesday and has blamed the loss on the Catalans’ failure to convert their chances, Daily Post reports.

Second-half strikes from Lucas Hernandez and Leroy Sane condemned Barcelona to a defeat after they had missed a host of chances in the first period.

Robert Lewandowski missed two golden opportunities to give Barcelona the lead against his former club while Pedri had an effort hit the goalpost as the La Liga giants suffered their first loss of the season.
