Barcelona have released a brand new greyish-silver third kit, with new signing Robert Lewandowski featuring in the promotional pictures.

The Catalan giants shared the official photos and videos from the launch ahead of their friendly game against Manchester City at the Spotify Camp Nou on Wednesday.

The shirt has been manufactured by Barcelona's official supplier Nike and is sponsored by Spotify.

The third jersey has the cross of Saint George running across the torso in the club’s red and blue colours while the club logo is on the left side of the chest.

The shirt is now available to purchase on the club's official online store.

Barcelona are ready to debut the strip when they Manchester City on Wednesday, 24 August, in a charity fundraiser in support of Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS).

"The third kit is grey, and it was never expected to be white. Remember that kits are chosen two seasons before they release, and they cannot be changed," Institutional Vice President of Barcelona, Elena Fort, said as quoted by Barca Universal.

Meanwhile, Spanish giants FC Barcelona are reportedly not bothered by reports that they could be sanctioned over their failure to comply with Financial Fair Play (FFP).

The Catalan giants find themselves in hot water when it comes to their financial situation, this time with the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA).

UEFA are investigating 20 teams, including Barcelona, for failing to comply with the Financial Fair Play (FFP) rules for the 2020/21 season.

Big Blow to Barcelona as Memphis Depay's Move to Juventus Stalls

Earlier, Sports Brief reported that Italian giants Juventus have reportedly decided to end their interest in signing Barcelona forward Memphis Depay.

Depay joined the Blaugrana last year from Olympique Lyon but was on the verge of leaving Spain after spending just one season with the Catalan giants.

The 28-year-old reportedly reached an agreement with Juventus over a potential move this summer.
