Manchester United have been heavily linked with the 25-year-old almost all summer with reports suggesting they have reached an agreement for the sale of the Dutch midfielder.
According to Football Espana, Barcelona goalkeeper, Marc-Andre Ter Stegen has hailed the qualities of De Jong and believes the midfielder will not be sold this summer.
