Ghana Premier League Giants Asante Kotoko Unveil New Bus, Fans Praise Club’s Management

Ghana Premier League leaders Kumasi Asante Kotoko have unveiled their new bus which will be their official transportation means for the rest of the season.

The bus was unveiled at the palace of patron of the club, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, with fans of the club showering praises at management of the Kumasi-based side.

In photos posted on Twitter, the ultra-modern bus is the first of it's kind to be owned by a club in Ghana.

"Management, representatives of Access Bank Ghana and 'FABU 1' executive coach have arrived in Kumasi and makes its first stop at the heart of Asante Kotoko, Manhyia to pay homage to our Club Owner and Life Patron, Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu II," wrote the club on Twitter.

The bus was provided by sponsors Access Bank Ghana.

Fans react to Asante Kotoko's new bus

The fans took to Twitter to express their joy after seeing the new bus.

"Our bus is expensive than some teams first XI and coach combined," Bamfi Nana wrote.
"What more can we say again," Messi Bioh added.
"What a beautiful club kotoko is now like if a beautiful woman enters into a town every man want to feel the testes of that woman this how kotoko looks like now are days," Anthony Owusu wrote.
Gilbert Nyamekye added: "To be honest this Kotoko bus( Fabu 1) paa de3 the whole West Africa no team or national team can compare his bus to this bus what what a bus."
"We never go carry last. The biggest club in Ghana. Faaaaabu," Kvng Lyon adds.

Kotoko fans celebrate Dreams FC win

Earlier, Sports Brief reported that a section of Asante Kotoko supporters went wild with their celebrations after the Porcupine Warriors dispatched Dreams FC on matchday 18 of the Ghana Premier League.

The Porcupine Warriors kicked off their second-round campaign with a win over Dreams just like they did in the first round.

After ending their first round with a goalless draw against Hearts of Oak, the Porcupine Warriors returned to winning ways on Sunday.
