The 2022/23 Premier League season is fast approaching its conclusion, with just 10 matches left to the end of the campaign.

Manchester City and Arsenal are firmly in control of the title race, with the latter currently enjoying a comfortable lead at the top of the standings.

The Gunners opened an eight-point lead over City over the weekend after they secured a 4-1 comfortable win over London rivals Crystal Palace.

While the north Londoners are keen to win the Premier League title for the first time in almost 20 years, City are desperate to successfully defend the crown.

How Man City, Arsenal fixtures compare

Both teams will have to play some crunch fixtures in the coming weeks to determine who will win the title.

For instance, fixtures against Man City, Liverpool, and Chelsea are among the games Arsenal are set to play in the coming weeks.

Arteta's men are scheduled to play a struggling Leeds United right after the international break on April 1.

The league leaders will then prepare for the first of three clashes against the traditional big four.

First up will be a trip to Anfield to face Liverpool, who are now eyeing a Champions League spot after a disappointing campaign that will see them go trophyless.

A week later, they will take on relegation battlers West Ham at the London Stadium before facing basement boys Southampton on April 21.

Next, it will be a potential title decider as they will take a trip to the Etihad Stadium to play Man City before going for a three-day rest.

Arsenal will resume action with a home clash against rivals Chelsea on April 29, before facing Newcastle United, Brighton, Nottingham Forest, and Wolves in the remaining fixtures.

Man City fixtures

Unlike Arsenal, Man City are still challenging for two more trophies, with the side still firmly in the FA Cup and the Champions League.

That said, City will obviously have more games to play compared to Arsenal, with a Champions League quarter-final tie against Bayern Munich among those.

In the EPL, the reigning English champions will resume action with a home clash against Liverpool on April 1 before facing Southampton away.

A home clash against Leicester will then follow ahead of a trip to Brighton on April 23.

City will play Arsenal a week later at the Etihad before travelling to Craven Cottage to face Fulham on April 30.

Fixtures against Leeds, Everton, Chelsea, and Brentford will crown City's campaign.

Arsenal tipped to bottle EPL

Sports Brief also reported on an interesting prediction from a pundit of how the Gunners might bottle the title in their remaining 11 games.

Former Tottenham player, Jamie O'Hara is convinced Arsenal will not be champion this season, judging by the tough games they have to play.

He said there were still clashes coming up against second-placed Man City, against Newcastle away, and against an unpredictable Chelsea side.
