Toney scored a late goal to seal a stunning victory over Man City at the Etihad Stadium, a result that Arsenal players certainly loved.
The Gunners answered Man City with an emphatic 2-0 triumph over Wolves at Molineux, meaning they'll head into the 2022 World Cup break five points clear at the top of the Premier League table.
Gunners captain Martin Odegaard's second-half brace was enough to give Arteta's men the win. This ensures they will be top of the table on Christmas Day for the first time since 2007, according to BBC.

Gunners react to City's loss
Arsenal have not finished higher than fifth since 2016, and if this season is anything to go by, they are set to break that jinx.
Arteta's words on Toney's last-gasp goal was telling, saying they watched the City game on the bus en route to Molineux, according to the Mirror.
Asked for his thoughts on City's loss, he replied:
"You can imagine... We watched it on the bus altogether, like we normally do with many other games."
The Gunners have won 12 matches from 14 games, and this is Arsenal's best-ever start to a Premier League season.
