Desperate Bayelsa Fans Storm Football Viewing Centre, Enjoy EPL Football Match Despite Flood

Football fans in a viewing centre in Bayelsa state have been seen in a video treating themselves to some sort of entertainment despite the massive flood at the venue.

The love for the Premier League games made the football fans not to care about the flood as they sat down on the chairs with their legs up and watched their games.

About 15-25 people are seen, sitting on wooden benches in a bid to stay afloat the knee-length flooding inside a sports viewing centre according to the video spotted on Twitter.

Leeds United playing in front of their fans suffered a 1-0 defeat against Arsenal with Bukayo Saka netting the only goal in the encounter.

Arsenal have been impressive so far this season in the Premier League and many football lovers have tipped them to win the title.

Mikel Arteta and his wards are currently topping the League table with 27 points after 10 games played.

Ojekunle backs Arsenal to win EPL

Earlier, Sports Brief had reported how Nigerian coach Folabi Ojekunle explained that Arsenal and Manchester City are the two favourites to win the Premier League title this season.

The former Kogi United gaffer stated clearly that if Arsenal should remain consistent, then the Gunners will be able to beat Manchester City to the League title.

Ojekunle who is popularly known in Nigeria and abroad as Foley stressed that he has been impressed with how Mikel Arteta has been able to transform Arsenal to a title contenders this term.

The 49-year-old made it clear that Manchester City are also a big side who will fight till the end.
