Arsenal shot-stopper Aaron Ramsdale announced his engagement to his partner, Georgina Irwin, today, August 18 in a romantic proposal.
Ramsdale, who has been in impressive form for Arsenal in the opening two games of the Premier League, left his girlfriend stunned with his proposal.
In photos posted on Twitter, sighted by Sports Brief, a disbelieving Georgina walked into an extravagantly decorated room filled with flowers, balloons and pictures of the pair.

Ramsdale arranged for the words 'Marry Me?' to be spelt out in giant letters across the lavishly decorated room to create a romantic scenery to compliment the occasion.
He also shared snaps of him down on one knee, and he and Georgina shared a kiss and a cuddle after she said yes.
Aaron confirmed in his post last night that he popped the question on August 11, while also writing: "Forever and always has a nice ring to it" on his social media handle.
Well-wishers, which included former Premier League stars Jamie Redknapp and Ian Wright took to social media to congratulate Ramsdale and his better half.
