Kaizer Chiefs announce mass clearout, Daniel Cardoso, Lee Baxter and Leonardo Castro among those released

Kaizer Chiefs are in the process of a mass clearout at the Naturena. The Amakhosi announced on their social media pages that a host of players, and some technical staff, would be parting ways with the club.

Kearyn Baccus, Daniel Akpeyi, Leonardo Castro, Daniel Cardoso, Lebogang Manyama, Lazalous Kambole and Samir Nurković will all leave the club at the end of June.

AmaZulu FC owner Sandile Zungu and Kaizer Chiefs management bury the hatchet over Siyethemba Sithebe saga

The beef between Sandile Zungu and Kaizer Chiefs has finally come to an end. The AmaZulu FC owner has had a grudge against the Amakhosi since January over their pursuit of midfielder, Siyethemba Sithebe.

Sithebe agreed to join The Glamour Boys upon the expiration of his contract in June, but Zungu was not happy with the way the deal was concluded.

As reported by iDiski Times, Zungu recently buried the hatchet with the Amakhosi management over the issue regarding the player.
