Mwalala: Leopards, Gor Mahia average teams without fans intimidation
Bandari FC head coach Bernard Mwalala has sensationally claimed that AFC Leopards and Gor Mahia fans intimidate referees for their teams to get favours.
The Dockers lost to Gor and AFC Leopards in their last two games, defeats that dented their chances of challenging K'ogalo for the Kenyan Premier League title.

Goals from Vincent Oburu and Whyvonne Isuza condemned Bandari to a second consecutive defeat on Sunday, April 28, at Kenyatta Stadium in Machakos.
Following their defeat, Mwalala was far from impressed by the officiating of the game.
"It's unfortunate but this has always been the norm. When playing against AFC Leopards and Gor Mahia, referees tend to get intimidated by fans and in the end they don't make the right calls.
"It happened to us against Gor Mahia in Kisumu and today against AFC Leopards," he told TUKO.co.ke after the game on Sunday.

The former Kenyan international further alleged that his team was denied a penalty in Kisumu against Gor Mahia and was once again on the receiving end against Leopards.

"Against Gor Mahia in Kisumu, we were denied a very clear penalty. The ref couldn't make the decision because of intimidation.
Against Leopards, the refs made a number of questionable decisions because he was under pressure from fans. Without referees' , help Leopards and Gor Mahia are just ordinary teams," he added.

Mwalala has developed Bandari to a force in the Kenyan Premier league since he took over in June 2018. He led the team to a second place finish last season, their best in history.
