Rene who is the agent and brother of Paris Saint-Germain defender Sergio Ramos has stated emphatically that the former Real Madrid captain has no plan to leave the French giants.

Due to persistent calf problem, Sergio Ramos is yet to play any game for Paris Saint-Germain this season and there have been reports that the Spaniard may have to walk away.

Last month, Paris Saint-Germain were expecting Sergio Ramos to be fully fit for the French giants, but he suffered a setback leading to speculation that the club could terminate his contract.

When Sergio Ramos joined Paris Saint-Germain, the Spaniard signed two years deal with the side with the option of him getting an extension considering his performances.

According to the report on GOAL and Daily Mail, Rene explained that Sergio Ramos wants to play for Paris Saint-Germain and he will feature when he is fully fit.

"Sergio Ramos is not planning to retire or break his contract. There is no doubt about Sergio. It's a physical problem, he will play when he can.”

Earlier, Legit.ng had reported how French club Paris Saint-Germain are considering the option of letting Sergio Ramos go after the former Real Madrid defender is yet to feature for the club since his arrival in the summer.

Having spent more than 15 years in the Spanish capital, the Spaniard joined the Parisians on free transfer about four months ago.

He is expected to bolster the club’s defence which already has the likes of Marquinhos and Presnel Kipembe.

But Ramos is yet to make an appearance since joining the Ligue 1 outfit as he last played an official game back on May 5 when Real Madrid lost 2-0 to Chelsea in a Champions League fixture.

It was gathered that the 35-year-old had complained of tendon irritation after that match and he was out of action until July.
