Barcelona Defender Dani Alves Facing Spell On The Sidelines With Hamstring Strain
The Brazil international is expected to be out for between '15 and 20 days' according to the Catalan giants.
Alves picked up a knock during Barca's latest Primera Liga outing, a 4-0 victory over Levante on Sunday.
He was forced from the field just 14 minutes into that contest.
An injury-interrupted campaign will now see him take in yet another spell on the treatment table, with it possible that he could miss up to six matches spread across the Liga, UEFA Champions League and the Copa del Rey.
Alves joins Alexis Sanchez on the injury list at Camp Nou, but Barca coach Tito Vilanova has received some good news with Isaac Cuenca returning to training after six months out following knee surgery.
