What do footballers do when they are aren’t playing professional games or training?

Well it would surprise you to know that some of them still play football, just on a gaming console.

That was the case when four Barcelona stars took each other in eFootball. Portuguese stars João Félix and João Cancelo recently took on the team of Spaniards, Ferran Torres and Pedri.

The entertaining encounter saw all four stars have humour moments trying to outdo the other team.

They also couldn’t contain their excitement when they did manage to score.

The funniest moment came when the Portuguese duo won a penalty late in the game, but were unsure how to actually take a penalty in the game. They did manage to score to level the game.

Barcelona trolled over eFootball game

While the game was entertaining, the comments to the videos were on another level. Many fans trolled the club over their stars playing eFootball and not FIFA.

Footballers love gaming

The Barca quartet aren’t the only footballers who love gaming.

Numerous professionals love to game in their spare time, with some being quite avid gamers.

As noted by GamesSpace, the likes of Antoine Griezmann, Marcus Rashford, and even Fernando Torres are all passionate about gaming.

Messi becomes playable character in PubG

Lionel Messi's popularity has seen him branch off into the world of cryptocurrency and now he's heavily involved in gaming as well.

As reported by Sports Brief, PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds (PUBG) Mobile recently announced a special collaboration with Messi.

PUBG Mobile will officially become the first and only Battle Royale mobile game to partner with the Argentinian legend.

Neymar and Messi to feature in CoD

Lionel Messi and Neymar Junior are great at shooting at goal and now will be shooting with guns.

As reported by Sports Brief, Neymar and Messi could feature in the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II game.

It was recently revealed that Messi and Neymar would be added as operators in the newest addition of the game.
