Former Manchester City winger Riyad Mahrez was up against Cristiano Ronaldo and Sadio Mane in the Saudi Pro League as Al-Ahli faced Al-Nassr at Al-Awwal Park.

The former Leicester City's wife, Taylor Ward, and his daughter were at the stadium to watch him face the Al-Alamis away from home.

The former Le Havre winger got a deserving motivation before the game.

Ward confirmed her presence at the stadium with a video on her official page on Instagram.

She also posted a video of Mahrez carrying one of his daughters as they arrived at the venue of the game.

Al-Nassr took the lead through Ronaldo in the 4th minute and added another thirteen minutes later through Anderson Talisca.

Former Barcelona midfielder Franck Kessie pulled one back for the visitors but Talisca restored their two-goal lead before the break.

The Algerian international got a goal of his own in the match from the penalty spot, to make the score 3-2 five minutes after restart.

Ronaldo found the back two minutes later to put the scores at 4-2 before Mahrez provided an assist for his club's third goal in the game.

Mahrez's goal against the Knights of Najd is his third goal in seven games for Al-Ahli since joining the club in the summer from the Cityzens, according to Transfermarkt.
