Inside Details of Antony’s Alleged Domestic Abuse As Ex-girlfriend Files Police Report

Antony has become the latest football star to be accused of domestic violence and causing bodily harm after his ex-girlfriend filed a police report in Brazil.

The ex-girlfriend, Gabriella Cavallin, has accused the Manchester United winger of threatening her and injuring her on several dates during and after their relationship.

In a report filed at the 5th Women’s Police Station in Sao Paulo, Brazil and as captured by ESPN Brazil, Cavallin states that Antony first attacked her in July 2022. She alleges they were at a nightclub when he colluded with the security agents to throw her out.

She goes further to state that the footballer hit her against a car. The report indicates that Cavallin was, at that time, 17 weeks pregnant, but she miscarried a few days later. She, however, doesn't directly blame Antony's alleged actions for the loss of her unborn child, as United District indicates.

Second attack

The two started dating again in August, almost around the same time the Brazilian international sealed a huge move from Ajax to Manchester United. Cavallin states that the next attack happened in January of this year.

She gives 'jealousy' as the reason behind the January attack. So bad was the attack that Cavallin reveals that she had to be attended to by Manchester doctors after displacing her silicone prosthesis. She had surgery in Brazil in April.

Cavallin also reveals that one of the attacks was witnessed by Antony's mother and one of his friends. The report includes a photo of a finger injury she sustained due to what she says was a cut owing to Antony breaking glass. On the same day of this injury, Antony is said to have taken away her phone to prevent her from asking for help.

The last of these alleged incidents happened on May 20 when the former Ajax winger called her and threatened to 'kill' her if she saw her with any other person. That same day, Antony started for Erik ten Hag in their 1-0 Premier League win against Bournemouth and lasted 86 minutes.

She wants to be granted protective measures against the football star whom she hasn't had any contact with since May 28. Neither Antony nor Manchester United have addressed the issue so far.
