According to the Daily Mirror, a Real Madrid fan claims Benzema leaves the club as more of a legend than Ronaldo after 14 years with the 14-time Champions League winners.
"Benzema is a bigger legend at Madrid than Ronaldo. Most decorated Madrid player. Scored hat trick in el Clasico," the fan stated.

The Italian appeared taken aback by the French forward’s choice to leave, mainly after it seemed the former Lyon striker would extend his deal with the La Liga giants for another year.
Benzema has been strongly linked with a lucrative offer from Saudi Pro League side, Al-Ittihad, and it is expected the Frenchman will join former teammate, Ronaldo in the Middle East country this summer.

The 35-year-old joined Los Blancos from his hometown club of Lyon in 2009 and made 657 appearances, scoring a stellar 353 goals.
