French club PSG have reportedly named five players that are up for sale as new manager Mauricio Pochettino is desperate in raising cash to do business in the transfer window.

Among stars to leave the club anytime soon include former Manchester United player Ander Herrera who joined in 2019.

The 31-year-old midfielder has scored just two goals so far for the club in as much as 42 appearances.

According to Spanish outlet Marca via SunSport, Julian Draxler, Leandro Peredes, Thilo Kehrer and Idrissa Gueye are other players to leave the Parisians.

It was gathered that Premier League club Leeds have lined up a possible bid for Draxler during the summer as they are already in negotiations.

PSG will hope that they can raise as much as £50million from the sale of the players and won’t mind shipping them put during the January transfer window.

This would allow more space for Pochettino to bring in his own players as reports say the former Tottenham boss is already compiling his own list of transfer targets.

A reunion with Hugo Lloris, Dele Alli and Christian Eriksen from his Spurs days is certainly on the cards - especially with the latter pair's recent struggles under Jose Mourinho and Antonio Conte respectively.

Former Souhampton and Tottenham Hotspur boss Mauricio Pochettino officially became the new PSG manager after his appointment was confirmed on Saturday, January 2 barely days after the departure of Thomas Tuchel.

The Argentine, who played for PSG between 2001 and 2003, signed a deal until June 2022 with the option to extend the deal for an extra year.

PSG confirmed Pochettino’s appointment after sharing an image of their new boss on their Instagram with the caption “welcome”.

Meanwhile, Legit.ng earlier reported that Manchester United are desperate in bolstering their squad and after failing to sign Jack Grealish for £65million in the summer, the Red Devils will now be forced to fork out £100million.

Grealish captained Villa to a 2-1 loss away at the Old Trafford, but he could have been playing against his side should United have taken advantage of signing him during the summer.

According to a report, Manchester United still want the 25-year-old who has scored six times and provided eight assists in 15 games this season.
