Ahead of the blockbuster battle between the two European giants, the veteran forward named one of PSG's vaunted attacking trio, Kylian Mbappe, as his favourite player.

"Favourite PSG player? Kylian, that’s an easy decision. He has explosiveness in combination with the right decisions in the penalty box," Muller said as quoted by PSG Report.

Despite the 33-year-old's fondness for Mbappe, he was quick to issue a warning to the man touted as the heir-apparent to Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo's throne.

"The whole world enjoys watching him, but tomorrow we will try to disturb him at work. If our plan works, he won’t have much fun.”

Mbappe named heir to GOATs

Speaking of the heir-apparent, Sports Brief reported on Arsenal legend, Thierry Henry backing Mbappe to step into the role after Ronaldo and Messi hang up their boots.

The Al-Nassr superstar and the PSG icon have 12 Ballon d'Ors between them over the past 15 years, cementing their claims as being among the greatest footballers ever.

However, the veterans are approaching the latter stages of their respective careers and Henry believes Mbappe will replace the legendary duo at the very top of the game.

Bayern plots Mbappe downfall

Sports Brief previously reported on Bayern Munich manager, Julian Nagelsmann already planning how to neutralise the threat of PSG attackers, Mbappe and Messi.

The duo are expected to play a key role to help turn the Parisians' fortunes in the Champions League around, if they are to progress past the Bavarians in the last 16.

Nagelsmann has now cautioned his Bayern team against allowing the PSG attackers too much space in their reverse fixture at the Allianz Arena on Wednesday night.
