Real Madrid star slammed after loss

Meanwhile, Vinicius Junior has been criticized for his uninspiring performance against Barcelona following Real Madrid’s disappointing 1-0 loss at home, Fansided reports.

Vinicius sparked rage from fans afer he was booked for tangling with Barcelona midfielder Frenkie de Jong in the first half of the game and then took the Dutchman to the ground.

The Brazilian winger also struggled to get past Ronald Araujo on the right side of Barcelona’s defense as the Uruguayan checkmated his every move in the game on Thursday night.

Barcelona and Real Madrid fans trade words

Earlier, Sports Brief reported Real Madrid fans felt the Gavi was too physical and should have gotten more than just the yellow card he had against the reigning Spanish champions.

The 18-year-old midfielder definitely put up a stellar performance as Barcelona defeated arch-rivals Real Madrid in the first leg of the Copa del Rey semifinal on Thursday night.

Gavi tussled with Real Madrid defender Eder Militao in the centre circle, leaving La Liga’s most in-form defender on the deck without blinking twice.
