'Ronaldo scored against construction workers'

The comments by Ronaldo's fans have kickstarted the back and forth between supporters of both players, wit his detractors claiming it would be easy to score against construction workers.

Comments were also made that Ronaldo was now playing in a Camel League and that Al Wehda were a relegation threatened team. They are currently two places above the drop zone in the Saudi Pro League, six points from a fall.

The best reactions to Ronaldo

Here are the best reactions from fans who trolled Ronaldo for scoring four goals.

@Flashallmight:

"Celebrating 4 goals against Imams and calling him the GOAT, this is what Ronaldo fans have become. They went from arguing about goals, Ballon d'Ors to saying he is the GOAT because he scored 4 goals in a league that is not even in the top 50 in the world."

@EFCxGoat:

"Never seen more shameless fanbase like Ronaldo’s. So shameless. Ronaldo is finished and that’s why he plays in Saudi Arabia."

@Joshua_Ubeku:

"FIFA has just contacted Messi to submit the World Cup to Ronaldo who has just scored 4 goals against some farmers in Mount Sinai. End of debate! ✅"

@abduljoe11:

"Ronaldo scored 4 goals against a construction worker and y'all disturbing us with noise, Messi will score 10 goals against him."

Ronaldo scores Al-Nassr hat-trick

Sports Brief also reported on Ronaldo bagging four goals and recording his 61st career hat-trick on Thursday, during Al Nassr’s match against Al-Wehda in the Saudi Pro League.

The Riyadh-based club travelled for the Thursday encounter without suspended top scorer, Talisca but the Portuguese icon ensured the Brazilian was not really missed.

Ronaldo's first goal arrived in the 21st minute of the game via a left-footed strike, before a clinical finish with his right foot to make it 2-0 just before the stroke of half-time.
