The Qatar 2022 FIFA World Cup is done as Argentina triumphed over France in the final to win their first title since 1986, but the aftermaths of the mundial are still around, with analysis, opinions and criticism still happening.
France winger Kylian Mbappe was one of the best players of the World Cup. He notched eight goals in seven games including a hat-trick in the final to win the golden boot, ahead of Lionel Messi who scored seven goals.
Mbappe's heroics were not enough to avoid criticism from former Italy manager Fabio Capello, who pointed at the PSG star's presence as the limiting factor for Theo Hernandez's offensive abilities.
The AC Milan full back replaced his brother, Bayern Munich full back Lucas Hernandez, who suffered ACL damage in the first group game, a 4-1 win over Australia.

Capello: Mbappe limited Theo Hernandez
The former Real Madrid manager, Capello while analysing the World Cup for Il Corriere della Sera as quoted by Football Italia, highlighted Mbappe's role in limiting the offensive AC Milan full back.
“He played with the handbrake on because he had Mbappé in front of him and didn’t want his water to be occupied by other fishes. He was the only one allowed to swim there,” he said.
Capello's comments may have come a bit off the mark as the former Monaco star's numbers were within top three in most categories, who needs an offensive full back when the winger is Kylian Mbappe?
